News for ISSA: supporting the internationalisation process for start-ups and entrepreneurs
Since October 2019, five entities coming from Norway, Spain, Cyprus, Greece, and Bulgaria are working on the Erasmus+ project ISSA - " Internationalization for Social and Innovative Start Up's and Entrepreneurs" is an Erasmus+ project designed to identify core and innovative learning methods that best encourage success in international activities for start-ups and entrepreneurs".
Under the coordination of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, the partnership had identified core and innovative learning methods that best encourage success in international activities for start-ups and entrepreneurs. The partners completed on the competence framework & training package & scenarios. The aim was to create a self-training package that includes training materials for four competences - spotting opportunities, cultural awareness, mobilising resources, ability to identify social problems.
The partnership finalized the training content that will be available on Moodle as innovative self-training modules and evaluation instruments. During the next months the partners will conduct internal piloting and will prepare the materials for end-users.
The 3D virtual world learning platform is also under development and will help users to practice their knowledge gained through self-training modules. The partners will prepare a multilingual version of the platform that will be available together with the Moodle course for wider piloting in the beginning of May 2021.
