SUMMARY

The STEAM Forward project aims to ignite a passion for STEAM learning, empower educators as career guides, and foster an inclusive and equitable STEAM landscape. By integrating innovative teaching methodologies, career guidance, and digital resources, the project directly supports the Erasmus+ priorities on digital transformation and STEM/STEAM excellence.

KEY OBJECTIVES

STEAM Forward sets the following key objectives:

• Igniting a Passion for STEAM – Through interdisciplinary teaching and learning, we will inspire students to explore the interconnectedness of STEAM disciplines, increasing their awareness of career opportunities and future skills needs.
• Empowering Educators as Career Guides – We will train and equip teachers with digital tools, methodologies, and career guidance strategies, ensuring that students receive structured support in navigating STEAM career paths.
• Building a Sustainable Network – We will establish a community of STEAM educators and career professionals to promote best practices, share knowledge, and ensure long-term impact beyond the project’s lifespan.
• Championing Gender Equality in STEAM – We will challenge gender biases by showcasing female role models, mentorship programs, and targeted initiatives to encourage girls’ participation in STEM fields.
