Open Source software usage by European Public Administrations

The OSEPA project aimed to conduct a systematic debate among European public administrations supported by analysis and exchange of experience on the issue of free and/or open source software (FOSS) with a view to:

Thanks to OSEPA, 13 partner organisations from 11 European countries collaborated efficiently in a 3 years period, starting from January 2010 to December 2012.
