Abstract
TANDEM based upon the successful Grundtvig project “European Generation Link” (www.european-generation-link.org, coordinated by BEST), and it explored the concept of intergenerational and intercultural learning. It shows to VET teachers how to support learners making non-formal and informal skills transparent and valid for their future professional development based on the EUROPASS approach.
The partnership of TANDEM consists of VET providers and innovation experts representing the original project from Austria, Germany and Belgium, cooperating with VET providers, consulting and research organisations, as well as public bodies from Norway, the Netherlands, Greece and Bulgaria.
