Abstract
RECREATE is an ERASMUS+ project intended to develop a set of tools for career advisors and counselors which will be available through social media and which aim at decreasing the workload they need to carry out, as well as facilitate access to their services for people who live in remote regions or face other problems that make it difficult for them to visit a career advisor on a regular basis. In addition to the tools, a training course was developed targeted to help counselors using effectively the tools developed, while at the same time enhancing a range of skills that are mostly important for promoting motivation, engagement, and mobility
Main Activities
Project's main activities:
- Report on Career Guidance and Counselling: a prerequisite for successful employment (i.e. the status at policy level, their background and experience, which tools are already in use etc)
- The development of the tools for the project target group which will be available through the social media
- The development of a blended course and the training of users
- The development of an eLearning platform
